1. How far in advance should I order my cake?
As much notice as possible is always greatly
appreciated. It's never too early to place an order, however, sometimes, especially during busy times,
it might get to be too late. In general, at least 24 hrs. notice for weekday orders and at least 48 hrs. for weekend
orders is recommended. Shaped cakes, tiered cakes, intricate designs may require at least 1 weeks notice.
Holidays, Communions, Confirmations and Graduations -at least 1-2 weeks ahead of time
is strongly recommended. we don't like to do this, but, We reserve the right to to refuse orders during extremely busy times.
2. I would like to be notified
when there are specials being offered, is this possible?
Yes!! We have an e-mail list, so if you would like to be notified of our seasonal specials
etc., stop by or give us a call and leave your e-mail address. It's simple!!
3. What forms of payment are accepted?
We happily accept
cash, credit/debit as forms of payment.
(Cash is preferred) Checks can be accepted with proper identification.
There is a $35.00 fee on returned checks.
4. Does The Kakery Deliver?
Yes, we do! Delivery is available Monday - Thursday to workplaces/businesses only.

5. I would like a special design/character on my cake, can this be done?
Our cakes are custom decorated. Just let us know what the theme is and let us create, or, bring us a picture - stop by with an invitation, napkin, or print out a picture of what you're looking for. The minimum charge is $7.00 and goes up depending on difficulty, detail, and time.
6. I need a
cake for a Monday or Tuesday, is this possible?
Yes, we are open 7 days a week, however we do not keep regular store hours on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Simply arrange a pick-up time. We just ask that you be prompt when picking up, as this
is an appointment. If you arrive at a different time, there may or may not be anybody here, and/or
your cake may not be ready.
